1. Services Provided
Lifetime Pools provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Skimming debris
- Brushing walls and steps
- Vacuuming (as needed)
- Emptying baskets (skimmer & pump)
- Chemical testing and balancing
- Visual equipment inspection
Services are performed on a scheduled weekly basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Service Access
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring clear and safe access to the pool area on service days
- Securing pets away from the service area
- Maintaining proper water level
If access is not available, the visit may be skipped and still charged.
3. Scheduling & Missed Visits
- Service days may vary due to holidays, weather, or route adjustments
- Missed visits due to weather or unsafe conditions will be rescheduled when possible
- No guarantee of exact service time, only service day
4. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on pool size, condition, and service frequency
- Payments are due [weekly/monthly] as agreed upon
- Late payments may result in service interruption]
5. Chemicals & Additional Charges
- Standard chemicals are included unless otherwise stated
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Algae treatments
- Green-to-clean services
- Filter cleanings
- Repairs or equipment replacement
Customer approval will be obtained before major additional charges.
6. Equipment & Repairs
- Lifetime Pools performs visual inspections only
- We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues
- Repairs will only be performed with customer approval
7. Water Chemistry Disclaimer
While we aim to maintain proper water balance:
- Results may vary due to weather, usage, and environmental factors
- Lifetime Pools is not liable for damage caused by improper chemistry outside our control
8. Cancellation Policy
- Service may be canceled at any time with at least 7 days notice
- No refunds for services already completed
- Promotional offers (e.g., discounted first service) may require minimum commitment
9. Liability
Lifetime Pools is:
- Fully insured (if applicable—add if true)
- Not responsible for:
- Damage due to faulty equipment
- Pre-existing pool conditions
- Acts of nature (storms, dust, debris, etc.)
10. Safety
- Technicians reserve the right to leave a property if conditions are unsafe
- This includes aggressive animals, hazardous environments, or severe weather
11. Communication
Customers agree to:
- Maintain updated contact information
- Respond promptly regarding service issues or approvals
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent ; this information will not be shared with any third parties .
12. Agreement
By using Lifetime Pools services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
